hi I was wondering …
hi I was wondering if you are in a big open area with lots of other people and dogs, when you use the clicker you would call your dog and then click and give treat, right? How would you know for sure that your dog would come because I have called my dog before and it did not come. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that problem?

Hm..
I must admit i am not a huge fan of clicker training, to me it seems just like a fad training style. After actually seeing how it is used and seeing how it works. I can see how i would use it and how it is simply another tool that can be useful for dog training.
Anyhow thanks for showing me something new

Hi,
No, once …
Hi,
No, once your dog understands the command you do not have to keep using it. A lot of clicker trainers do training sessions with the clicker but you won’t always need it to get your dog to do the command.
Best,
Eric

Put your dog into a sit and tap the back of your dog’s paw with your right hand. Wait until he lifts it a little. Once your dog lifts his paw even just a little, quickly reward. Keep doing that until he starts to lift it on his own. Please let me know how you make out.
Best,
Eric
